I chose the name Sunday Brunch because brunch food is my absolute favorite. The food I cook ranges from traditional to fusion, quick and easy to more time-consuming. I love perfecting a classic dish really well, but also experimenting with creative recipes. I am a bit of a health nut as well as an indulgent cook, so you will find a mix of healthy, rich, simple, and more intensive recipes on Sunday Brunch.
My food mantra is that cooking does not have to be a chore if you are willing to take risks in the kitchen and be creative. It took me a while before I took risks in recipes and had the realization that I didn’t have to follow them. A good recipe is like a guideline; it may outline what flavors taste well together and what ratios to pair them in, but for me life is too short to follow the rules all the time, at least when it comes to food.
